Slow service. Server had no clue what was happening. Tried charging me $24.50 for $14 worth of food. I had to use my own... calculator to add my food up and show her. Gave me another guy?s coffee cup. When I did get a new coffee cup, it was half fulland had no refill in sight. Oh well. At least the food was good and hot, and he handed me a free waffle. Read more
We don't have a waffle house in San Antonio, so we always try to eat at one when able. The food was good. The waffle was great.... The service was ok, could use a little incentive. My pet peeve, is having to ask for the obvious, cream, sweet and low, butter,etc. Any server, should know that. Read more
I had never been to a Waffle House before this day. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Everything from the... friendliness of the staff to the speed of service and the quality of the food. It was all very good! I know now why people lovethis place. Next time I get a chance I am definitely stopping in for a bite to eat because the food was great. The waffle was onpoint! The sausage and eggs were delicious and the bacon cooked to perfection! Worst service I've ever had at a waffle house... had to ask for everything! Food was even ???? had to even ask for my waffle... while my waitress played on her phone... no jelly, had to wait on utensils after my food was served... best part is the placewas just about empty with only myself and 1 other guest at any given time... definitely won't be back to that location! Excellent service and staff at this waffle house. Our server was so sweet and efficient, she made sure we had everything we... needed. Even when my partner ordered lunch at 9 am. A comfortable place for coffee and breakfast. Although I'll warn theportions are huge, I wasn't able to finish my plate! No complaints. Read more
Horrible service I got here me and my kid, they only have the cook and 1 training server, she was completely rude with a... terrible attitude. Chef was asking to be patient after I was waiting for 15 minutes I was asking why she still not be able toget my order, when I ask the Chef his told me to be patient so she doesn't get behind schedule...
