The lady who took my order had a very nasty attitude because she couldn?t hear me and I felt rush. I would have called the 1800... number but I felt she was a manager and nothing would have been done about it anyway. By the way she didn't have on her Wendy?suniform it was a Royal blue shirt with NOLA logo at the top. No mask as well. If you going have an attitude at least make suremy food is right and fresh. This Wendy?s just can?t seem to get it right. Every single time I go to this location my order is wrong or I get an attitude... from the staff. I cant imagine it?s very hard to take an order, have it come up on screen, make the order and then put it in abag. Making an Uber pickup, they told me they had no record of the order. Then they tried to hand my order to a lady in line behind... me while I waited. Finally they found it in the lady who brought it out was nothing short of surly. This is why I don't usuallypick up a fast food. McDonald's is just as bad. Read more
Spent 30 dollars at this place and the lady "couldn't hear me" and mismanaged my whole order. When I said something about... missing items she said I'd have to re enter the drive thru and order again. February 2009 lunchtime. This was my first time at this location in many many years. I am not too much of a fast food person... however this location overall was not bad. The Lady at the counter was accommodating and I even let her pick my meal. My firststop was subway down the road but that place was horrible so I left subway and went to Wendy?s I think this was a good choice. Iwould return to this location. Read more
