Not a local here. My best friend and I got stranded after our flight was canceled and we decided to check this spot out. The... employees were so nice to us. We both had huge bags of luggage and they allowed us to occupy an entire section in the back foralmost 8 hours! We were able to eat, figure out our plans, charge our phones, use the bathroom, listen to music, all cause ofthe very friendly staff. The hot lemon pepper wings were the BEST I?ve ever had. The prices were a little steeper than what I?mused to, but one of the staff explained that it was because they only deal with certain suppliers to maintain their quality.Overall if I lived closer, this would be a regular spot for me. I hate to write this review, but I have no choice. I have never been to a place where a 10 piece wing with no fries or drink is... $15.00...then the meat had no flavor all you tasted was the sauce on wings. I threw my taste-less wings in the thrash. I went to Wing Snack to try out their wings. I did a search for them and pulled up their menus from pictures that had been... previously posted. I ordered 20 wings and an order of French fries, based upon the prices posted on the internet. Upon arrivingat the store I was told that it was going to be $40+? When I asked the person behind the counter why she stated that the priceshad changed and that?s just how it was. She had a care less, I?m aware of the situation but we are not going to do anythingabout it nor do we care attitude. This is clearly reflected in the reviews posted just a week earlier that I wish I had seen.Reluctantly I paid what was asked to avoid an argument. As I waited for the order the employees were all talking and laughingover where the food was being prepared. I watched in horror as the cook, talking to the counter girl had spit trails that Icould see over the food as he finished preparing it. The employee did not have on a mask, and the employee cooking had theirmask down under their chin which neither coved their nose nor their mouth. The food here is always hot and fresh. My only issues are the high pricing and the hidden charges. They charge YOU extra fees... for using credit/debit cards. They give two receipts one for your order and one for the extra transaction fee. As a customer Ishouldn?t have to pay more for not using cash. We live in a digital world now. Read more
Great wings and fries. If you call ahead to place an order, you can pick it right up without having to wait.
Edit to remove star: I originally gave two stars but the owner replied to state that I must have been confused about my wait... time. I ordered from my home around 8:30pm. I waited 10 minutes before taking the 10 minute ride and still had to wait until9:45 for my order. This was only after I approached the counter to ask about my order for the 3rd time. The owner or manager(female) yelled at the cook who appeared to be struggling. Several people were waiting 30+ minutes when I arrived. Yes, thewings are good but it?s not worth the price or the wait. For 10 wings I had an hour wait from the time I placed the order to thetime it was ready. The restaurant wasn?t busy so I don?t understand why the long wait time. The price is a little high but it?sclose to my house. The ghetto punch is very sweet but it?s a nice treat every once in a while. Read more
Went here on yesterday. I ordered 20 wings and fries. It came with 3 different flavors. I got the Sweet heat, Sweet pepper and... Spicy bbq. The wings were pretty good. Sauce was ..... different. I then ordered the remix drink which is a mix of 3 of theirjuices. VERRRRRYYYY SWEET. I usually only drink water so that may be it. Man it was sweet. Nothing special. Chicken could have been fried more it was very soft then wet sauce applied just made it soggy. It was atleast... hot. 27$ for 15 pieces of chicken. Sauce wasn't anything special. Would not come back Read more
