Horrible customer service!!! The two young kids(boy and girl) didn't even say anything to me. No "Hi", "Hello", and didn't ask... me what I wanted to order. Walked off and ordered from somewhere else. Teach thses kids how to greet, some respect, andmanners. Even if they have to say it 1,000 times. Many, including me had customer service skills imprinted while growing up. These are two young brats. Smh. Read more

Ordered through DoorDash and the driver Kaytie was great but in the end the store forgot some of my order, didn?t prepare it as... I asked and was charged for. The meat was sooo dry and the bread wasn?t toasted. My order was extra meat, extra cheese andonions and mushrooms. Instead, I got warm lettuce , warm tomatoes and dry meat. My bill was 88 dollars and change, big frigginmistake. Save your money! Read more

This is a must. The food and service is excellent. The meal really felt me up.

There is consistency in the quality of the cheesesteaks however Town Center gets the nod over Sugar Loaf Fresh bread, everything... fresh, cooked to perfection a true Cheesesteak lovers delight. There are some that think they can and others that know they canand this Charley's has it down pat. I actually drove 15 miles to Town Center to have my taste buds excited. That says a lot! Read more

Very yummy sandwiches, the staff are helpful and you can add and subtract toppings to your liking. We had the lemonade with a... splash of sprite, they are great together. We went to the mall two days in a row, we came back for more from Charleys PhillySteaks the second day too. The bread was soft and tender.
