I was encouraged by the personally added ingredients you can add to your burger. (Fresh ingredients) The staff members were... exceptional. Taty focused on details and customer services; Tracey had a tremendously inviting present for incoming customers,and the young man who took my order. I've been here a few times. This location is never busy, that could be a good thing or bad... Food is lack luster, I had the... burger and it was cooked fine. My son had tenders and they were really small and slightly over-cooked. The Bobby's sauce pumpwas missing and you had to ask for cups (they were not kept at proper temp and were VERY warm). The mayo pump was notfunctioning properly, the handle was broken and was kept in place by the use of electrical tape. The ice-cream/shake machine wasdown as well and leaking all over the floor behind the counter. Maybe they're having an off day? Sadly, I may not return tothis location. Good luck! Read more

Update: I tried again, but to my disappointment, it was still not good. They are open until 9. I came in at 8:08p, and they were... already closing everything down. Tea had already been thrown out. They were complaining (loudly) about the guests who werecoming in. Disappointed. I usually have a good experience at other locations, but this was not a good one. I waited 17 minutesto get food, and they weren't very busy when I ordered. The food was not good either. $9+ fast food meal worth about $4. Thechicken tenders were pitiful. It looked like they scraped (literally) the bottom of the fry basket, and there was way too muchsalt. The cashier was nice but wasn't anywhere around when I was looking for a fork. Read more
Nice place, but the customer service and interaction is not the best. I was disappointed with the way the person taking our... order had limited engagement and abrupt. Just seemed to have no social quotient. The food was good though ????. Read more

We have been a few times and not impressed but needed something near where we were today so went in and wanted chicken tenders.... We went today at 12:30pm. First, the chicken fingers were so small that if put together could equal one big finger and of coursecharged same price. In the past the burgers have been overcooked. 2 workers standing around and there was plenty they couldbe doing- Drink area dirty, floor slippery, women?s room needed tending to the trash and floor was sopping wet. 1 kid workinghad AirPods on and left dirty mop bucket near condiment counter. Condiments running out and the containers . It was so hot inthere we had to leave we were sweating so bad. Management needs to do something or they won?t be open long. Read more
