I come here not a problem, not was there a problem in this visit. I just wanted to shout out my waitress with the red hair and... tats. She did a bang up job on service for them being short handed. At this visit she was working the bar and the section I wasin. As more and more people came in on my section she was able to keep up, with no problems at all. Read more

The chicken crispers were not crisp probably due to being microwaved.the fries on the same plate were cold. The chips were stale... even after sending them back they came back stale. On a positive side the servers were attentive and the salad was good. Butthis is definitely the last time I will visit this location. Read more

This place was horrible. It started with the hostess quoting us 10 to 15 minutes and it took 35 minutes just to get a table.... Then after sitting at the table for over five minutes the server came over to take our drink order and we were ready to ordereverything. As we started talking she responded in her head set that she?s ready to take another six top right in the middle ofthe order. The server was very pleasant however our drinks were empty the entire meal and she never checked on us at all. Thefood was disgusting. There was trash throughout the restaurant and dirty tables everywhere. I would hope that the regionalmanager would have higher expectations in this restaurant and work to fix problems. The host was super nice and friendly and the wait time was only about 20 minutes. Our server Austin was super friendly and gave... an amazing customer service. He kept on checking on our table and made sure our order was correct and good. I always love comingto Chili's and today I realized why I love Chili's more. :) Read more
Visited for lunch on 11/08/22. Restaurant was fairly busy but not packed. My server was Haley. It seemed as if they were... understaffed because Haley was everywhere at once. Even though she was busy, it seemed as though every table she tended to wastaken care of. I had a few questions about allergens and she took the time to answer without making me seem like I was botheringher. I got the 3 for me. I upgraded my beverage to a margarita and upgraded my app to the white queso. My entree was the honeychipotle chicken crispers that came with fries and corn. Food was hot. All the portions were good.
