Went to Jet Pizza Kennesaw, GA 7 Oct 2022 about 9:30 pm, I walked in to order a Large thin, sausage, pepperoni, extra cheese,... the same order I've ordered for at least 5 years or more. My order was taken, paid and I went to the car. I remembered to runback in and tell a crew member to please ensure the pizza was cut into squares. She acknowledged, and went immediately to notifythe cook. I came into get my pizza and opened it to very little cheese, which I would have lived with, but then the pizza wascut into triangles first then cut into squares. The lady said we can remake it. I agreed and off she went. ( Pizza depicted inthe photo is not the pizza in question) By this time it was really near closing time. This is where the problem really getsinsulting. The assistant manager John came storming back to the make table, slamming the hood of the table up, slamming thingsaround, and shouting he's going to get 11 ounces of cheese and only 11 ounces, as he was slamming things around. When hefinished the pizza and slammed it into the oven, he stormed off and yelled YOU CANT PLEASE THEM ALL. Later I asked to speakwith the assistant manager John only to be told by another team member, who by the way was very helpful and apologetic forJohn's actions and outburst, that John had left and the he was an inhouse manager at the time or something to thateffect. Nevertheless, I am insulted, embarrassed, appalled, and very disappointed by his actions, remarks, and out cry's oversomething as simple as making a long standing customer satisfied. Read more
Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. We ordered a pizza tonight, and though I thought it would be amazing, I think... they may have forgotten to add salt to their dough. I?m a baker and have made that mistake before. The pizza was sitting atopvery very bland bread. Read more
This review isn't about the pizza. It's about the establishment. I worked on Kennesaw since March. I don't have to go far from... work to eat pizza. But this review is about the workers. Vinny(I hope I spelled name correctly) is amazing and another personsorry I forgot your name but they treat me like the king I am. They go above and beyond. They greet me by name, they do thingswhere not menu places do. Thank you jets. Read more
I love their cauliflower pizza! I like the thin crust and it taste delicious. Its only offered in small size but the size helps... reduce over eating. I just get one for everyone and we have our personal pizzas. Read more

Customer service at this location face to face was outstanding. However, please know I adore your 8 corner pizza but I was... trying to not be a fat kid and ordered your thin crust. I'll just say, never again. You don't need to work on your thin crustnecessarily because my inner fat kid still has power. HORRIBLE management and customer service. We order from this location all the time. Tonight I sent my husband to pick up an... order while he was out running errands. I ordered a pizza and some MILD wings. The wings I received were HOT?. Like seriouslyhot! I called and the man who answered the phone seemed almost friendly but extremely unhelpful. He basically brushed off myconcern after trying to tell me that they were indeed mild as if I had any reason to lie?.and said he?ll tell the manager (as infor future reference.) I asked to speak to the manager and the guy put me on hold then came back and said that the manager wouldbe willing to remake the wings if I wanted to drive all the way back and waste gas and time to bring the HOT wings back.
