If I could leave 0 stars I would. I possibly had the worst dining experience I?ve ever had tonight at this location. I came to... this location with my pregnant wife, daughter, and parents. I work in the customer service industry and don?t expectflawless/perfect service every day and everywhere you go but the way we were treated tonight is just sad and unacceptable. Ipersonally ordered the ?Baked Penne? which as described on the menu is seasoned ricotta cheese with penne pasta baked and toppedwith melted mozzarella cheese, in which the waitress came back and asked to clarify my order specifically to make sure she hadit right not once but twice. When brought my meal I was brought spaghetti pasta with meat sauce. I did not eat this meal, itwasn?t what I ordered and didn?t even taste good itself. It had taken a while to get out our large order anyway so instead ofsending back my meal to be replaced with what I actually ordered, I opted to eat on some of the pizza we ordered which was verygood. When the waitress showed back around after 20 minutes and asked if we were ready for the check. I told her politely thatmy uneaten meal wasn?t what I had ordered but it wasn?t a problem I had pizza but just for her to remove it from the bill. Herresponse was verbatim..?oh?.well you really confused me when you ordered it because you can order all this stuff in a bunch ofdifferent ways but I guess I can go take it off your bill.? I didn?t complain, I wasn?t disrespectful, and I didn?t cause ascene. Why she felt the need to blame me for not taking my order properly is beyond me. I didn?t make a bunch of request orchanges to the meal I just asked for baked penne.. didn?t get that, got blamed for the fact that it was wrong, and got ourreceipt practically thrown at us. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Took over an hour and a half (partially delivery service) but the pizza arrived cold, not well... prepared, completely missing some toppings, one side of the pizza was literally baked dough with nothing on it. Literally asbad as it gets. Unacceptable. Read more
Always enjoy pizza and calzones. However ALL mozzarella sticks were empty with no cheese. Has happened multiple times. NOW I... remember where. Read more
Johhnys Pizza Old 41 Hwy, 30152 Cashier did not even look at the online paid receipt to check if it matched the goods in the... box which I paid in advance including tip. When I opened the box it was missing part of the order. I kindly mentioned it to thecashier who rolling her eyes as a response. The calzone was soaked in oil. I was not edible so it ended up in the garbage can. Ihesitated to order food from this place since previous experiences were not good either. No wonder the place is empty. Oh, well,lesson learn. My family and i were on a road trip and we stopped at this place to eat. The garlic rolls were on point, the mozzarella sticks... were ok, the chicken wings were good and so was the pizza. Overall giving this place 4 to 4.5 stars. Read more
I will definitely not be ordering from this location ever again! I received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza so I tried... them out. The first time it was okay however the second time I placed an pizza order for delivery and took more than 1 hour andthe location is literally 10 minutes away. The pizza was thin as paper and absolutely terrible also tasted like cardboard! Read more
Honest mistake, I asked for a Philly style cheesesteak, that?s with the peppers and fried onions, only I wanted to add sauce,... this is what I got. Where to start. OK customer service, I called in my order the young lady had a pleasant greeting but it wasobvious she was not use to getting custom orders. Warning, ?if the menu don?t say it don?t order it.? I have a feeling that I?mthe cause of this low rating here?s why. Besides the extremely small dry sandwich and poor communication, I truly believe if Iwould have just ordered a Johnnys style pizza, the bad review clouds would have lifted and the stars would be in abundance. The garlic knots were over cooked and nearly dry. We had strombolis that we're mediocre at best. My wife's drink disappeared... when we asked for a refill. I believe it went to another table. They messed up the bill and charged less. Then while runningthe card they adjusted the cost close to the right price and charged the card without notification of changes. Weird. This isby far the worst Johnnie's. Go to a different one. Read more
