Great restaurant, never tried it before. Good vibes, good music, good food, interesting decor. I had the Pollo Loco. Now the... reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of service. My waiter was GREAT! However, the host. The host was upsetting, I almostleft. As the first interaction you have at a restaurant maybe you should have a host that doesn't try to belittle folks fordining alone. I go to this restaurant and wait at the host desk and he's like can I help you I'm like yes, and wait to beseated. He's like CAN I HELP YOU I'm like yeah can I have dinner!? Food is good, but when they mess up an order, that we even let manager know, but he ignored? (Kitchen fault, not server) Not so... sure we're interested in returning, though we have been semi regulars. Complete dismissiveness of our botched order by manageris duly noted. I went into this restaurant to order my lunch because I work not far from there. I noticed the prices seemed a little steep for... some of the things that they offer, but I was eager to try what they had on their menu so I went ahead and ordered. I orderedone of their lunch specials, the Chilaquiles, one of my favorites at any Mexican restaurant. The price was $8.50, which seemsreasonable to me, but when I asked for a meager scoop of pinto beans on my rice it raised my orders total to $12.56... I was notpleased, seeing how pinto beans are the cheapest thing to purchase at any grocery store or any place, not to mention they werenot even special tasting, they were mediocre at best. The portions weren't that great for the price I was paying either,compared to other Mexican restaurants that I enjoy going to. I did note that the interior of the restaurant looked as if afamily restaurant had a baby with a Mexican Disco and was a little confusing in the aesthetic. I had high hopes for thisrestaurant because it's so close to where I work that I wouldn't mind frequently going to it, but because of the prices, thesmall portions, and the food not tasting good enough to merit the prices, I won't be coming back anytime soon. I do wish goodluck to the owner and pray that he changes his dynamic. Because I think they have potential, but until then I can't see myselffrequenting this business. Read more

Do not order pickup here. Waited 15 minutes at the front. Not a server or host in sight. Order was ready for at least 40 minutes... and not once did they bother checking the host stand at all.
