Been coming for years and our favorite is the French Dip/Potato ?Choose 2?. Today we got our sandwiches and both had half the... beef on it than all the others we have had. Now you will get double the beef on a regular Arby. It was also barely warm. The?Aujuse Sauce? was not even warm and the potato?s were cold. Pitiful for $33. They gave us the wrong order completely to start off with, had to send it back. Then our appetizers (nachos) came out after our... actual food so they were soggy. They put the honey mustard i didn?t want on my sandwich which then of course is now soggy whengoing to eat later, they must of ran out of the soup we ordered because it was literally 4 bites worth. I?m not sure what it is, but this is the second time I?ve stood in line waiting for one cashier to assist me when there?s... another young lady clearly there to help. When I finally got to the cashier, who also looked at me then looked around for hercoworker who kept dancing around instead of helping me, she was nice. This establishment needs to do better. I don?t eat thistasteless food, but my client does and I deserve the same respect that he would get if he could walk into the building himself. Read more

Tables were piled with dirty dishes. Staff was friendly but whining about being ready to go and made a point to let us know that... they were closing in 35 min! They were also out of spuds! After ordering we were notified that they were out of wraps. Nothingwas offered extra. What happened to customer service? The food was slung together and the bathrooms were terrible. I like the chicken salad sandwich. I ordered this and was told it comes with a side. I chose the salad, but didn't see that part... about the side salad being a $5 add on! Sheesh! So it was a $8 sandwich and $14 plus total! But that was done. The salad hadold lettuce in it, that I picked out, so it was very much not worth the extra money. The meal took over 20 minutes to come out,which was after what I would call lunch rush. the staff was working as quickly as they could it seemed, but the time seemed alot for a take out order. Very nice place inside and out. Food is great and yummy, so I do recommend that. I had the Cuban and it was very well made. The... main complaint I would have is this place takes at the very minimum 10 minutes on your order so it's smart to order ahead oftime. Along with that both times that I have gone there the staff wasn't the friendliest and they didn't seem to be workingtogether more so just doing their own things. This caused multiple times where I saw my food sitting right there and thecashiers just doing nothing and I had to wait extra time when I was in a rush. Read more

I'm very disappointed in how dirty this location has gotten. Not only was the restaurant floor and counters dirty but the... outside of our to go boxes were covered in the food that was all over the counter (and I have a food allergy). Lastly, there wasa long hair in my daughter's food. I would have given them a pass if it was busy but there were only 3 customers in thebuilding. Would have loved to talk to a manager or sent a private message as to not ruin their reputation but couldn't find away. Read more
