Comment: I just sat down to eat and realized the chicken for my chicken sandwich meal tasted old, not fresh at all, and was... dark. The chicken wasn't fresh. Also My Big Mac was a Bread Mac, having no meat between the top pieces of bread. This definitelyblew dinner. I called back to back and phone constantly just rang and no one answered. This is one of the worst McDonalds experiences on this side of town. In the last two years we have never been when the ice cream... machine is working and we are constantly missing items from our meal when we get home. We will no longer eat here. The McDonaldsin Mars Hill is faster and way more accurate. Read more
This McDonald?s claims to be open 24 hours on both their website AND Google. This is completely inaccurate. I pulled up at 11:25... and the screens were all black and the lights were off?.doesn?t sound like 24 hours to me. Fix this please. Read more
When I pulled up to the speaker the guy kept saying ?GIVE ME A SECOND?. Then he proceeded to mess up my order when I asked for... two of the same thing he made both of the meals come with two different size fries. When I tried to correct it he added onanother large fry I didn?t even need, and then there was no way for me to remove it unless I drove all the way around again.When I received my food it smelled like weed, and the guy who took my order seemed quite unprofessional wearing a gold grill. Everytime I come to this McDonald?s nobody ever answers at the speaker, or the window. Tonight when we came, a lady came up the... window (we drove up to the the window because no answer at the speaker for 10 minutes) and she said, in a nasty attitude ?we areclosed I?m obviously not going to answer at the speaker? There hours on google says 24 hours. I get being short staffed, trustme I worked at Wendy?s for almost 2 years. But please for the love of god change your hours on google. You can?t just pick andchoose what days you are going to be open 24 hours, with how expensive gas is now days people don?t want to drive all the waythere just to find out they felt like being closed tonight. Placed a mobile order. Only option given was curbside delivery so I parked in a designated space, entered the number and the app... said my order would be delivered in 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes in a very hot car, then walked into the building. I found anemployee walking by and asked about my mobile order. It appeared that they had not checked mobile orders! I waited another 5minutes and finally got my order. Service is not satisfactory; will not go there again. Read more
