I understand taking a bit of time to make the food but this location didn't even take my order for around 20 minutes when I was... the only person there. I thought they closed early (came at 10:05 and when they close at 11pm) but I saw at least 3 peopleinside. I wish I could give this a zero. This is by far the worst food establishment I have ever been too. I placed an order on the app... and waited almost 40 minutes before pressing the button and asking for an update. They told me it was on the way. Waited another30 minutes and still no food. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go through the app and get my refund. Now I have towait 7-10 days for my money. The manager was sitting down outside while the workers were on their phones not working. Whoever isthe franchise owner for this location should sell it because they truly don?t care so why should we? I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I ordered on the app and once I got to the restaurant I checked in on the app and... waited 30 mins for my order. At that point I pressed the button and an employee answered. I let them know I placed a mobileorder and had been waiting a long time and she said ?I will check on your order?. Another 30 minutes went by and still nothingbut cars had been going through the drive through. I went up to the door and the manager came out. I said I had waited over anhour and would like a refund for my order. She said ?no I?m getting your order together now?. After an hour wait for ?fast? foodI should be getting a refund and my food.
