I understand taking a bit of time to make the food but this location didn't even take my order for around 20 minutes when I was... the only person there. I thought they closed early (came at 10:05 and when they close at 11pm) but I saw at least 3 peopleinside. I wish I could give this a zero. This is by far the worst food establishment I have ever been too. I placed an order on the app... and waited almost 40 minutes before pressing the button and asking for an update. They told me it was on the way. Waited another30 minutes and still no food. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go through the app and get my refund. Now I have towait 7-10 days for my money. The manager was sitting down outside while the workers were on their phones not working. Whoever isthe franchise owner for this location should sell it because they truly don?t care so why should we? I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I ordered on the app and once I got to the restaurant I checked in on the app and... waited 30 mins for my order. At that point I pressed the button and an employee answered. I let them know I placed a mobileorder and had been waiting a long time and she said ?I will check on your order?. Another 30 minutes went by and still nothingbut cars had been going through the drive through. I went up to the door and the manager came out. I said I had waited over anhour and would like a refund for my order. She said ?no I?m getting your order together now?. After an hour wait for ?fast? foodI should be getting a refund and my food. Been here multiple times, almost every time it?s a disappointment. Super slow. It?s called FAST food for a reason. I?ve waited... in line and drove off multiple times it took so long. No mobile payments or order ahead available via the sonic app. WTH. Ican?t use my rewards because you guys can?t get technology to work. What kind of national fast food franchise has no mobile appcapabilities. Wake up it?s 2022 not 2005. You?re making McDonald?s look good. Read more
Worst service ever. Very slow workers. We waited 40 minutes in line while cars were piling behind us. When we finally got on the... window, the manager was just sitting on his phone the whole time!! Because they stalled between cars, we didn?t get to orderuntil 10:50 when they closed at 11 and they came up with the excuse ?our ice cream machine is down?. No it?s just laziness anddidn?t want to do it before closed. What?s funny about that is their sign on their billboard says ?Yes, our ice cream machineworks? yeah right. Do not recommend. Would be better off going to McDonald?s. Update: took us a whole 20 mins to get our food.The guy at the front with the braids didn?t say one word the whole entire time to us, wasn?t paying attention to our orders,handed us random people?s order. Absolute trash. Cold food, no condiments, slow service (even for a mobile order). Got mozzarella sticks no marinara. Got a hot... dog, requested mustard on the side didn?t receive that.
