We?ve been having trouble with taco Mac at other locations on the southside of Atlanta. However I do truly believe it was the... result of our waitress that made our visit so pleasant. Alexis was a true pleasure to work with and she accommodated everysingle crazy request we made at the table. And she did it with a smile. Lunch was not too bad even though it was during theUniversity of Georgia game. Food was cooked very well and not a single item was missing. they were not out of any beers on theirbeer list which is also a First. First time at this location but I would definitely come back. The Brussel sprouts are amazing. But the lime rice was soo hard my teeth almost fell off. The customer service was amazing... though the server mixed up all our drinks twice! Read more
I?m so sad having to give a poor review to this location. We ordered to-go and the staff was amazing and so friendly. The... manager even stopped by to check and make sure everyone was taken care of. We got wings, fries, and tater tots as that?s ourfavorite! For some reason, today it was just not their day. The wings are pretty cold (not a huge deal), but they just tastedold. The tater tots were super over cooked to the point of not being able to eat. It?s just the outer crust with no potato.We?ve been here multiple times, and we always are treated with the most incredible service. The food is just not good quality. Read more

So I ordered a single order of original honey chipotle wings and I asked for them to be cooked 30 minutes and my server said,... ?sure no problem!? I also told her it was ok for her to bring out the food for the other ppl at the table. I sat and waited wellover the 30 mins but I didn?t mind because I wanted them done right. When they finally came to the table not only were theyunder cooked they were warm, not hot at all. We are headed to Ohio and have a long drive ahead of us so I just canceled thewings and ordered chicken tenders to go instead. And I also left a $10 tip on a $36 order. This is what was in my bag to go!!!Ridiculous I will never eat at that location again. And we live in GA!! The tenders were warm as well and old as if laying ingrease and over cooked! Been to a different Taco Mac before. The chain in general isn?t bad - decent wings (14 sauces, 3 dry rub options), typical beer... menu, lots of TV?s, classic new age but budget friendly sports bar. This location also has outdoor seating. At this particularlocation, my experience was below my expectations. My girlfriend and I ordered an appetizer, a salad each, and then our entree.All the food came out at once, which was annoying since I wanted to eat the app and salad before my wings got cold. What madematters worse was that the wings weren?t even warm when they brought them out. It seemed like they had been cooked a while agoand had been sitting out waiting to get sauced for the next order. I asked for extra crispy and ironically it felt like I gotextra soggy. We were only a few bites in when the waitress came back and asked if we were ready for dessert. She had eyes, so Ithink she saw that we clearly were not. Then she asked if she could drop the check off now because she had to do something else.I would have liked to sit and order another beer as I enjoyed my wings which should have just been arriving, but alas I was notenjoying my cold soggy wings and at that point I was just ready to finish and get out of there. Ate here on my way home from Atlanta, first time ever hearing of it. Food was so good, my server was super helpful & the manager... was friendly, even chatted with me.
