Cold as hell! Got here and the table was pretty nasty too. But the food is always kickass so that's why it gets 3
When I walked in the cook was on a call that was closed off,the waitress looked at me and said nothing. I grew up around here.... Used to sit in the booths doing homework and bantering with the staff. You show these idiots a ourselves in manners oretiquette and they'd fail. Sadly this is waffle houses new standard. My girlfriend and I came in for a late night meal and what she ordered was not what came to the table. Paola our waitress spent... 95% of her time at the opposite end of the restaurant and seemed to pretend we weren?t there. When we told her that our food waswrong, she gave us a rude look and had an attitude with us but said she would fix it but only part of it. And proceeded tocharge us extra for their mistake. I was just waiting on my ride and came in to stay warm. The ladies there were cool but not that professional. I order a coffee... to stay warm and a side a hash with cheese, onions and jalapeños. The coffee had to be the worst I've ever had and the hashwasn't great... felt undercooked Read more
I gave up on Waffle House a while ago , but I was hungry I ordered a waffle and cheese grits and I must say the grits were... excellent. If I am ever on that side of town again. I will definitely order my food from them. Thank you for the great food andservice!!! Read more
We had Tee as our server today for some breakfast before Christmas tree shopping. She had a fantastic personality and was very... attentive to our needs. She had the perfect table presence where she wasn?t absent but wasn?t hovering. We will definitely beback and request her in the future! Food was tasty and hot as usual. Read more
The service and waitstaff here is rather unattentive. We ordered drinks and food at the same time, and received our food before... our drinks. They forgot basics like straws and syrup for our waffles until we mentioned them. They also took forever to give usthe check to the point that we had to get up and pay for it. The staff all seem like a bunch of kids, and near the end of ourmeal they all seemed to have left. The food was competently prepared but our service and experience wasn't great. I will say thewaitress discounted our meal at the end, which was nice of her, but considering the service and everything, I would still haveto think twice before coming back. Read more
