Delivery came, we ordered a 30 pk of wings with fries, veggies and comes with 3 sauces for the wings. We never received any... dipping sauce or the veggie sticks. Manager just said we could drive all the way up there to get them or there's nothing elsethey can do...at least a credit to the account would have been sufficient even if they couldn't have the driver come back forthe rest of our over $50 order. We won't be ordering from here again because of this. Not good business. Read more
None of the employees had on masks nor gloves while serving customers. Also, they lie and tell customers they do not take orders... at 11:30 because they close at midnight. What sense does that make? The establishment is always messy as well. Read more
Absolutely the worst management, staff, and location I?ve ever been to. Got my entire order wrong and called immediately as I... got home to report my missing items so I could be reimbursed, only to be lied to by staff of it being sent back in a ?week?.Called management, and again was lied to by them as well that a higher up would be calling me back to refund me, and of courseit never happened. I always love wingstop! My husband and I ordered wings for delivery recently, and when it said delivered we went outside and... nothing was there? I called the wingstop off chastain and explained what happened and they were very understanding and helpful.I want to give a huge thanks to the manager Jeremy and his team! They were so amazing and understanding and went above andbeyond with their customer service. I have and will still remain a loyal customer with wingstop. P.S. SCREW DOORDASH ANDUBEREATS! Beware of ?DoorDash/Uber eats delivery drivers? they are now starting to take the food marking it as pickedup/delivered, and they?re stealing it right out from under us. Read more
Not only do they not answer the phone, but they also lie about their closing times. This location has declined over the years... and it's very disappointing that I have to travel all the way to WOODSTOCK to get quality service. I called several times for atleast 20 min before going up to the restaurant to place my order. They would NOT answer the phone, nor was I able to make apurchase online. I arrived at 10:40pm. When I walked in the lady at the counter told me they're no longer taking orders, onlyfulfilling take out orders. I'm a very reasonable person but this was ridiculous to me. I could see if it was 11:40 (knowingthat they close at 12) but clearly they had an hour and 20 min plus to place my order and still refused to do so. This isunacceptable and I will never come back to the this location. I'm calling corporate, Shame on them!!! Had they answered thephone initially when I called then this could have all been avoided. Good wings, and our order came out perfect! The variety of sauce is the big draw here, and the meat was quality - where some... places are compromising due to shortages, wing stop seems to have a handle on it. Be aware, wings are about a dollar apiece -it's not a cheap meal. Read more
We?ve been coming to this location for a while. The last couple of times our order is not the best. We ask for well done wings... and they never are. The fries are cold and over seasoned every time. The wings don?t have enough sauce in them. Wish the qualitywas what it used to be. Read more
