My sister's sugar had dropped very quickly. Our server Ashley and the manager immediately brought some fries and a glass of OJ.... And our food was served properly so my sister could eat to maintain her sugar. That's Applebee's. ?? Read more
Went in and wasn't acknowledged for 10 min. Then sat at the bar, made eye contact w both of the bartenders and still was not... greeted or acknowledged. They weren't in a state of rush, they just didn't acknowledge that I was sitting at their establishmentwaiting to spend money. Read more
Came in around 11:00pm. I've never seen a bartender so beat up and ragged looking in my life. No greeting when I walked in, no... smiles or professionalism, zero. Had just gotten off work and wanted to enjoy a couple drinks and an app. It was so lame.Bartender disappeared for about 15 mins. A guy came in and waited at the bar for a long time without a greeting, drink order,nothing. I finally got up and went to kitchen where I asked one of the servers to please get someone to come out and take thisguy's drink order. A few more minutes went by and she came out. Went for dinner and waited for like 25 minutes for our entrees. The restaurant wasn't even packed either. The waitress didn't... ask once if we wanted a refill on our drinks. Was absolute one of the worst experiences I've had going to a restaurantespecially Applebees. And I've gone to Applebees in the past and it never was this bad. Read more
My daughter and I frequent this location every week, she has autism and things are very routine. The staff are amazing with us... they seat us in our regular seat each week. So understanding and accommodating. It makes my heart full to know there is stillgood people in this world. Appreciate it so much. Read more
My family of 4 arrived at the Tyrone Applebees at 9:15pm last night. The parking lot was empty... we went in and there was only... 2 very intoxicated women at the bar talking very very loudly with the bartender and 1 couple at a table in the back. No onegreeted for over 5 mins... then the only server came from the back took us to a table passing 4 dirty tables piled high withdirty dishes that looked like it had been like that awhile and said I will be back... no greeting, no drink order taken, nomenus given, just walked away... 10 mins later still no one came back to help us! We got up and left and went down the road to acompetitor restaurant where we recieved amazing service and food. So disappointed in this Applebees location as it used to beamazing. Read more
