A friend and I went in last night to specifically watch the UFC fights. We sat at the bar to avoid a 40 minute wait for a table.... They had closed one huge section and the patio. I overheard someone say they were short on servers. The bartender was amazing.About 20 minutes into our visit, the tvs showing the fight went to the screen telling how to order the event. We brought it tothe bartenders attention. She immediately told the manager, who did nothing. He brought out our food and we told him again. Helooked at us with a blank look on his face and said do you want me to fix it? The other people at the bar said yes! Then, hewalked away and stood at a drink station filling out paperwork. My friend got up and asked him again about fixing the issue.Someone else clearly fixed it, because he stood in the same spot writing. After the problem was fixed, he walked over and wasbeing smug with us about it being fixed. Several of us said, it wasn?t because of you. Read more
If your time is not important to you, you can go to this restaurant. The number of people working is very large, but it may... still take 10 minutes for someone to greet you. When you place the order, you should wait at least 30-40 minutes. It doesn'tmatter when you order. the employees there will bring your order whenever they want. Also, don't expect employees to treat youwith respect. they will laugh in your face just to pass you off. Read more
My husband and I went in tonight to watch the Gators game and had the pleasure of having Nicole tonight as our waitress.... Honestly, the best service we have had in awhile. Nicole, you were attentive, came back to check on us and have such a sweetpersonality! With Covid, these have changed with a lot of people not wanting to work, short staff in the kitchen and out on thefloor being a waiter/waitress, she was literally amazing. Thank you! ???? Read more

Came here at 9pm on a Saturday night. The place was empty, the only other party was there had a party of 4. We came in and no... one to be found at the hostess stand to help us get seated. Waited there for 10 minutes before someone finally seated us. Italso took another 15 min to even get a waiter. Overall bad service. How you gonna take 30 minutes to get our change when there?sno one else in the restaurant? Save ur time and money & just go eat somewhere else. Read more
this place is honestly a joke I went to this place at around 3 PM, I wanted to treat my family out to a nice meal and heard very... good things about this place from my friends. Turns out they were wrong. It was no where near busy (only 2 men by the barwatching a game). I had to wait a good 20 minuets to even be served, the seats by the entrance were uncomfortable they keptwobbling. Almost made my mother fall on the ground, the floors were so sticky and there was no host that attended to myself andmy family. The the place honestly smelt like it was rancid and did not have that wing house scent that you would expect. Afterthat long 20 minute wait my family and I sat down to a table that was not even clean yet. The host told me "It's not a big dealwe can just clean it while you sit" she said as she flipped her hair, the wads of dandruff literally sprinkled out and onto myson in his mouth, he nearly choked. But what the HECK!? Why would you make customers sit at a table while it's still dirty?Dirty dishes scattered around, ketchup stains, someone even left their dentures in a paper cloth. I wanted to move to adifferent table but we were neglected. I finally ordered and after 1 hour of my food cooking, I was even more disappointed. Myfries were burnt to crisp and they were stiff, my wings look like they could still be clucking, and my salad had maggots in itwhich I originally thought was parm cheese. I requested to return my food back and my waitress just said to me "Sorry you justhave to eat it, we can't remake more food until the next truck comes." How is that my problem? I also kept getting itchingfeelings down my leg, I looked and there were multiple roaches on the ground. They honestly could have pulled off for beingworkers, since that's how the actual staff acted anyway.
