Now this was a fantastic choice for dinner out with a great friend. Our server was absolutely perfect! I wish I could remember... his name, so that we could ask for him again. He timed our appetizers and our meals precisely as asked. It's a treat when theservice staff of any restaurant checks with you to find out when you are ready for your next course. I never like it when theytry to rush you out the door to clear the table for someone else. I understand the economics of the policy, but I am paying forthe experience of dining in an establishment, not just for the food. Their lobster ravioli is devine! We shared 2 appetizers,the zucchini fries and the stuffed mushrooms. Both were so yummy. For dessert, if you enjoy creamy, dreamy, cheesecake,Carrabba's has the best I have ever eaten. We were at the height of the weekend and there were few people. The restaurant is clean. We were served by a very nice lady. ... The order was taken and cooked quickly. Portions are big. The food wasn't bad. For me personally, a lot of spices (but,again, this is all very individual). I lowered my rating due to inaccurate serving of soup. It was spilled over a plate. Anddirty cutlery. Love the sausage rigatoni, and the endless soup and salad is a great bargain. I'd skip the wine it was $14.95 a glass and they... wouldn't open a new bottle, it was 2 days old. The service by Ariel was great ! She was very sweet and on top of everything!Awesome! I would go back for the rigatoni all day long! The Dine in experience is Great, however, my Take out experience was most Impressive. This Online Order with a $100 gift card... made hard times a feast this day. We have visited this location a few times and the Italian food is always pretty good. Be prepared for a wait if you come for the... dinner hour. This time we tried the sampler appetizer and nothing on there was amazing. The salad was not bad, but it's notsomething I'd recommend. The pasta was excellent though. I've been going to Carrabba's for a long time with my family and have always enjoyed it. Last time my husband and I went, we... filled up on our appetizer and salad and took our entrees home. When we went to eat them for lunch the next day, we found thatour chicken was barely cooked on the inside. I called, they were apologetic, took my name and number, and told me the managerwould give me a call back because they were busy. Haven't heard back. Pretty disappointing. We spent quite a bit of money onthat meal and couldn't even enjoy it. Don't think we'll feel like going back for a while. Editing to add: we finally got thisresolved with the manager Amanda who was obviously very concerned about making things right for us and making sure this didn'toccur again in her restaurant.
