Always terrible. Slow. And stingy with portions like I?m not the one buying the food. This location sucks. Not to mention my... wife went in with a costume on to get the $6 bowl deal for Halloween and they tried to tell her she wasn't in costume when shewas dressed up like mini mouse. Apparently you can no longer order a kids quesadilla meal at this location..... Was told after we ordered our bowls that they... will only make a cheese quesadillas (large or kids meal) for online orders....and staff proceeded to look at me like I had 3heads for requesting it..... Wasn't a problem when I ordered his meal 2 weeks ago.... Perhaps they need to put a sign next theitem on the menu board or something so people know while waiting in line. The staff was friendly, and made my order quick. However, the chicken in my bowl had quite a bit of fatty parts that probably... should have been trimmed off. Ewww. I got a bag of chips with my meal and they were a tad stale, disappointing as they areusually super fresh and crispy. Must have just been an off day, since they are usually on point. Read more
I love Chipotle, however....this location sucks! They are always low or out of inventory on food items. My review is based... mainly on the cross contamination I've witnessed here, several times. I'm a Vegetarian, I prefer my guacamole not to have tracesof cheese or sour cream in it! Also, employees could use more basic common sense, regarding cross contamination. I've witnessedemployees serving food, not changing their dirty gloves, not cleaning the food prep area. This location is just filthy! I enjoyChipotle....but I'll skip this location, from now on. Smh. Extremely dissatisfied. We door dashed and CHIPOTLE messed up our order not once but 2x. The first time they forgot half of our... $75 order in bag 1 of 1 ???? And after filing a complaint with doordash because chipotle wouldn?t answer and we needed itdelivered, they didn?t give us multiple orders of chips with our salsa. This is my last time here. The pork in the carnitas is so fatty that it can't be eaten. I requested it on the side. Literally... 1/2 the 4 oz cup was fat. Went back in, paid $3 and change for a SECOND 4 oz side cup because I was told they "don't pick outthe fat" when I requested that. I was finially able to get enough meat for the 3 tacos after pickin out all these globs of fat(enough fat to OVER FILL one of the 4 oz containers) So I essentially paid 3 plus dollars for fat. Chipotle can keep it. We'll be going elsewhere for lunch from now on. Read more
Two stars because A FEW of the people that work at this location are great. But THE MAJORITY are rude and lack customer service.... 90% of the time I am disappointed with the portion sizes especially as I watch the guacamole spoon barely dipped into theguacamole that is payed extra for, and the horrendous customer service from the people who work on the line and cash register.Tonight for the Halloween booritos I was told I was not in costume and could not participate in the fun yearly tradition thoughI was dressed up.
