I ordered food through door dash. Door dash said the restaurant takes orders until 9pm. In ordered at 850pm. DD said the order... would be ready at 10 after 9. I showed up at 905 after driving 15 minutes to get there and the door was open with no customersinside. When I walked in, a member of staff informed me that since my pickup was scheduled for after close, they didn?t make itand proceeded to show me the receipt on the counter. The guy was rather rude. If your establishment doesn?t wish to prepareorders that are to be ready after close, adjust your hours on door dash. That simple. Terrible customer service. I?ll neverorder here again. Read more
I have eaten here several times and food had always been good until today. We ordered a variety of meat plates. All of the... varieties of meat were very dry and tasteless. The sides were all good but we threw most of the meats away. Very disappointed. Read more
While staying at 13235 Gulf Blvd we ordered here off Grub Hub. We each ordered a BBQ meal. NEITHER order came with BBQ sauce... when we ordered sauce with both. I guess they expect you to eat dry meat with no sauce. Very disappointed. BBQ with no sauce. Read more
Loved this place in the past. Ordered through GrubHub. Arrived early and driver came straight to our house from the restaurant.... Food was stone cold. My Okra was warm but everything else felt like it was from the fridge. GrubHub sent me a coupon for my nextorder. But for $75 worth of food, I will pass on ordering from Dickey's again. Read more
Very disappointed in this location. The floors were very slippery. The table tops were wet. You can see that in the first photo.... The man taking our orders acted like he wanted to be somewhere else. The older gentleman that took our sides and drinks orderwas friendlier. My wife said the creamed spinach and the mac and cheese were old. Her turkey was dry. My brisket was fatty. The so called ice cream was yellow and had an off taste. We love Dickey's but not this one. We were there at 1:00 and onlythree tables were occupied. Guess we should have taken that as a sign about this location. Read more
The absolute worst Dicky?s, what an embarrassment. Floors were so filthy and greasy, it was like walking on slippery ice (very... dangerous). Food dried out, it was only 1p when we were here. Guy serving the meats was not at happy we were here. Never againwill we ever come to this location again. On top of everything else I got bitten by a mosquito in the store. Read more
Great little Bbq place. Took my son great service super friendly. Food was very tasty, had the pull pork sandwich with Mac and... cheese and a side salad.. very tasty pork and the Mac was cheesy and cooked perfect. The service was top notch explained all theoptions with a smile you can tell they enjoy their job.. Well done Dickey?s I?ll be back.. Oh yeah kids eat free on Sundays whendining in so that is also a plus.. Read more
Just had a brisket classic. Sooo good!! Was sorry it was gone. Wanted a few more bites. Tender and full of flavor. Free... delivery!! UPDATE...just had a pulled pork sandwich with Carolina sauce on a warm toasted and buttered brioche bun. Pork waswarm, tender, juicy, flavorful and there was plenty of it. Mmmmmm good!! Read more
