So this is the second time I've had a terrible encounter w the cashier. This girl, is awful, rude and acts like you are an... inconvenience to her when you walk in. First it is my option to give my number and she should be asking because it's her job.Instead when you ask she rolls her eyes and then hope you don't see it. The last time was explaining to me the option for mysandwiches All I have to say is this girl needs to be removed from the position. She is a complete waist of customerservice. She has huge fake eye lashes and black hair. She's fat and extremely unfriendly. I guess this is jimmy johns newstandard. Read more

Ordered a #7 , even tipped the guy.. normally love your food, but this bread is SO stale it almost sounds like I'm knocking on... wood when I tap it. Come on Y'all, do better. You knew it was stale by just touching it so why send it out? Now I have to writea review and am disappointed due to being a regular. Probably won't be back for awhile. Read more
We have ordered from this store quite a few times since we like delivery but get tired of pizza. The good news is the bread.... Always VERY tasty and fresh. My issues with this place aren't the sandwiches. They are pretty good basic sandwiches with REALLYgood bread but the DELIVERY? Sometimes we have had the crazy fast service, which makes sense as we are about a mile away, but wehave also had 30 minute waits. Twice in a row, we didn't get all our chips we ordered. For awhile we were not getting oursandwiches customized or cut as requested on our internet order which was disappointing. Read more
