She made more tea for me since there was none. And was extremely nice about it.
I would give this store zero stars if I could and I would never recommend this location to anyone. Not only are the employees... rude and not welcoming when you come in the store but they will take online orders before helping you when in fact your the onlycustomer in the store...second thing, for the past two months they have been out of any kind of bread besides white. Not onlyhave I asked other stores this question but I know people that have worked for subways and have confirmed. Subways create theflavors of there bread, meaning they take the white loaf and add the additional toppings...for the past two months at thislocation they have told me they are always out and only have white. Which is just pure laziness..we get subway once a week and Ilive a street over from this location and purposely avoid this location..regretfully I tried again today and of course they onlyhave white bread and after I said not a problem I'll take the white they completely ignore me and start doing online orders Iliterally just walked out and went to the location on 38th and 49th which is a great location and would recommend. Also one morething around 7:00pm we would come in and the whole line is shut down and they only have certain items...the sign on the door andhours of operation says 10:00pm so another lazy aspect and they want to get out of there so bad everything is closed up by7ish. Other people need jobs so if you have a attitude about working in a sub shop or just a overall attitude in general whichit seems like maybe you should find employment elsewhere because the hospitality industry is not for any employees that work atthis location. So I came in one day ordered my sandwich and paid for it and left the next time i came in I got charged less and so I asked the... manager John what the difference was he stated they over charged me. So I came in again today July 12 to order the same sandwichand explained to them with my receipt in hand that I don?t understand the same lady Alicia who rang up my order last time toldme she didn?t do it and she doesn?t know what the deal is. So then she proceeded to do some activities. So then she turns aroundafter dealing with money and stuff to go towards my sandwich I asked her to wash her hands and she had a huge problem with thatand with an attitude she walked away. Savanna who made my sandwich was super polite and so was John but it you?re going to be inthe food service industry you at least need customer service and treat your customers with respect especially if they came incalm. I think subway is too slow. Yesterday I went in about 2:45. Worker was making order for a man. I had to wait for her to slowly... make mans order, wrap it and ring up order before she could help me. Normally 2 people work on sandwiches. I observed a workertrying to leave which was fine. By the time worker completed my order, (6" tuna and a 6" bmt) and rang me up it was 3 pm andleaving worker was clocking out at register. Love this Subway! They always participate in coupons, unlike the Diston plaza location. Online Orders are always ready in time,... accurate and delicious!! Parking lot is a little wierd, but once you are in you are golden! Read more
