This was my first time at a Tijuana Flats. The food was awesome! Our food came out cold due to a technical difficulty- the... warmer which keeps the food hot accidentally came unplugged - and the staff was super friendly about making us a new batch offood. We have been goin here for years. Was a good place to eat now it is probably the last place on earth we will go. The last 2... times we ordered food here it was awful. My wife got a burrito (beef) there was none on it only rice... The guacamole was oldand rotten smelling, the queso was curtald and spoiled. (Rotten) This was by far the worst experience we have ever had anywhere. We ordered take out so, we called and asked to speak to a manager and said we had issues with our food. The manager wasnot available and the staff told me that they are trying to cut "food cost" so the food had changed a lil bit... If I couldgive this place a no star review I would. Felt it was time to review the increasing downturn of this Flats location. Dos Tacos, beef...the smallest portions I have ever... seen in a taco, and probably less than half what they used to serve. Wasn't even enough to cover the tortilla shell afterspreading all the contents around. Guess they don't do onion anymore either. It comes with tortilla chips also, which werestale, and saturated with oil. Oh, and the price has gone up. This has been going on for a while now and I had to post areview. Pretty pathetic food today for both our meals. Hope this store, or franchise can get back on track. Read more
This is our new favorite place. All the tacos are delicious and tons of choices for hot sauce.
10-15 minutes for a single taco with chips? Automatic tip request for a carry out that I came in and ordered and took to my car?... Pay your staff more and stop requesting guilt tips, maybe they'll work a little faster. It was not busy when I walked in. There was one person before me. The taco was good, the young person working the register was polite. The store was clean. Paythem for that. Read more
5 stars for the staff , dedicated ,attentive, and prompt. Decor is funky , cool in a sense. The manager is very attentive he was... opening the door and taking trays. Very impressive. The food at least for me the burrito 2 stars very bland for me. Over allthe great personalities in this establishment should be rewarded with a raise. Read more
This is my third time at this location. Hands down best service in town. Every single one of the staff members greeted us and... asked if we needed anything. The food is great every time. Today they had a 2 for $20 special. Will be back again soon. Thanksfor the awesome meal. Read more
