We ordered 2 burgers. They were small and average at best. Go to Wendys and get a Baconator. You will get more for your money.

Let me first say that in the past my experience with Buddy's Burgers has been overwhelmingly positive. My last several orders... had a few minor mix ups where it was just enough that I felt something should be communicated to the team. I was introduced toLance, the man in charge at Kennett, and was overwhelmed with his commitment to the customer. Not only did he rectify the lastfew mix ups, but he went well above and beyond what was required. I will never question Lance's concern for making sure thecustomer is completely satisfied and his presence can only be positive for all the other members of the team. Everything else,in terms of food, will speak for itself. The burgers were delicious, fries were amazing (recommend the cheese sauce), and thisis all paired with a staff that cares. They prepared our order painfully slowly, at times they were just standing around. They ran out of some items and had to refund... us for it, and were unprepared for a rush. We waited more than 30 minutes, 10 of which was just standing in line. I've worked infast food before and this is not okay. Read more

Went to Buddy?s Burger last night to celebrate a birthday. The food was amazing. My husband said it was best burger he had in a... long time. The customer service was fast and on point. Gave us a timeframe and it was served on time. My daughter doesn?t eatbeef and got the Turkey Burger and she was very pleased. Thanks foe the great food and the great service. We?ll be back. When a customer brings back a burguer after they opened it and realized it was the wrong order, please don't just wrap it back... and try to give it to the next person. This just happened and the girl said "it was fine, they just opened it but didn't touchthe inside." She was upset that I didn't want to take the order and instead gave it back and asked for a refund. We did doordash. We got 2 burgers and a grilled chicken sandwhich. Cheese fries and choricheese fries. Burgers were good.... Chicken was barely edible it was hammered thin and smothered in green herbs. I am not picky but it was not good. Chorifrieswere good but very spicy due to the jalapenos, not a complaint just heads up. We didnt receive the cheese fries. Food was good but we won?t be coming back due to the ridiculous wait time. While we understood it was a Friday night when we... placed our order on the phone we were told 10-15 minutes, we arrived 20 minutes later to get our food, only to wait another 45minutes after paying for our order to finally be ready. Not once while we sat and waited did they check in with us on the statusof our food or apologize for the length of time we had to wait after being told only 15 minutes originally. Have ordered from this location 2-3 times. Tonight on 9/11/20 I wanted sweet potato fries with the maple dipping sauce. First... off my encounter with the employee was tonight was a reprehensible experience. First off I am deaf with a Cochlear implant andit was noisy and I get it but have some patience because first off I was extremely insulted and my sweet potato fries were noteven hot.
