This particular Rita's was a disaster when we went. The floor was crazy sticky, the staff of 3 was preoccupied with one person... and the manager was unable to process a refund for a customer without calling and texting the owner, which held everything up.The ice was ok, with a few solid ice chunks in one of the three we ordered. idk if i wanted to do two or three. I've been here a few times, its the closest to me. and I've had at least two orders end up... being the exact opposite of what i ordered. i ordered vanilla custard for my blendini, I've got chocolate custard. i asked forRED raspberry ice in my order and got BLUE. another time i brought a friend with me and she ordered Reese's cups for her add inand the girl serving us apparently ran out half way through the order, didn't say anything to anyone and randomly added inliteral peanuts and chocolate chips. this would have been a great point to communicate an issue to the customer. Quality has gone down and prices have gone up. No longer worth a trip with the family. Too costly to enjoy

Friendly staff, and good service considering they always seem understaffed. Would be 5 stars if they staffed better.
