THE WORST Arby's and its only because of the STAFF!! I walked in Arby's and ordered 3 sliders and 3 lemonades. And I noticed the... staff was very rude about my order. They had my food ready withing a couple minutes. I noticed my food order just continued tosit in the warmer. So waited OVER 12 minutes for my food. I asked why it was taking so long and I politely let the staff know Iwas waiting. the staff was EXTREMELY rude to me for no reason. They kept telling me they were busy! and handling only drive thruorders. what upset me the most was people were coming through the drive through after I ordered my food and leaving before mewith their food. I was not the only customer who was waiting for a really long time. They even wanted a refund as well! TheArby's staff didn't even apologize to me they just kept saying. if I wanted to work come work for them instead. At this point Iwas ready for a refund. The only reason why I didn't get one was because I needed to feed my kids. By the time I received myfood it was absolutely disgusting mushy and gross and very unappetizing. I had to throw my sliders away I was so mad. I'm sosick of the staff at this location. I have been here and been disrespected multiple times. But chose not to say anything. Wellnow I am. If this is how the staff is in general! then I don't want no part of it. The managers don't do anything about it.Honestly Arby's has lost me as a customer because I won't tolerate paying for food and be disrespected by staff. Would be a half way decent fast food place if the wasn?t food gross and the store didn?t have there doors locked like 3 days out... the week. After ordering, my companion and I moved on to the dining room to wait for our order. EVERY table was visibly dirty - no... exaggeration. We walked in circles and checked every table and they were ALL dirty, with obvious garbage and food smears. Theolder woman behind the counter was very loud and rude, yelling to workers behind her (while facing us), so wanting to avoid her,we wetted a bunch of napkins and cleaned off a table as best we could. update today they decide to close their lobby even though they have posted hours it's open there's no sign on the door. Then you... get into the drive-thru and they make each individual order as you show up that means you're sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20plus minutes.For being a fast food place the evening gals do not put a lot of effort in making a meal. It was good, clean, and nice staff. My daughter and I were the only one's there but yet it took over 30 minutes to get are food... so that was a little crazy but at least the food was really hot once we got. Read more
What has happened to Arby's? We've suddenly become fans! The "limited time only" ruben and gyros were SUPER. And they seem to be... coming up with more enticing "limited availability" options. We intend to keep checking them out regularly. Price wasunexpectedly reasonable. (Although, they had me at curly fries!) GREAT location for us, too. Read more
