Ordered and waited for our pretzel bucket with my 4 small children. There were 3 teenage aged guys working behind the counter... cussing up a storm. I understand when it's super busy employees could be stressed, etc. But today there was noone there and I really needed to get... something on the go, fast and tasty and pretzels are perfect... but today I flat out got ignored by the pink hair girl workingthere. My wife loves the pretzels here and had to have one today. I go next door to the Asian food place for the Chefs special Mandarin... Chicken with vegetables and rice. It looks like there are new owners and someone being trained, but the food is still good andtasty. Read more
I bought some pretzel bites to go and when I got home they were burnt. I took them back and told the young lady that they were... burnt. The first thing out of her mouth was did they taste burnt. I was like really... yes they taste burnt. She finallyreplaced them with fresh ones. Read more
It?s very good and hygienic from my experience. I always go there to get my family food and drinks. Never had a bad experience.... Also I say a comment that said there?s never mini dogs well... sorry to break it to you but the food there always runs outquickly since there?s also a lot of people who want the same thing ??????????? Put my pretzel on the counter with a piece of it sticking out of the sleeve and touching the nasty counter surface. Gross! And... didn't evem give us a cup for water for free after we bought 2 pretzels here. Read more
Customer service was excellent. Usually there pretzels taste good. But The one day I take my husband to try them for the first... time. Our pretzels tasted bitter. We ordered 3 salted and 3 cinnamon. My husband asked for our money back. And we had noproblems. We will give them another chance and try going back in the future. Read more
Was over charged, given a very small, pathetic and burnt pretzel, and a small lemonade despite ordering a medium. I get that... teenagers are running the place, but this was very disappointing. Won't be back. Seriously need to get it together! ???? Read more
