I normally eat at the Queesgate location, but due to my own fault I ordered takeout from the Kennewick store instead. Within... minutes after placing the order, I received a call explaining that even though there's a choice to select 'gluten free' theycan't actually make a wrap GF. I said that was fine, and asked to confirm if they saw the message to substitute onion rings forfries with one of the burgers as I had requested in the special instructions (since onions rings are completely absent from theonline menu). She said yes, but there would be a $1.50 upcharge. Considering I already overpaid $1 for GF which wasn't possible,you'd think that would be close enough to just call it even for an $80+ order, but apparently not. The sandwiches were decent,albeit not warm due to no fault of theirs, but I'm not convinced it's worthy of $20 for a burger/fries. One of my favoritethings are their jojos - the best potato side. Jalapeño poppers were disappointing nuggets, and I suppose my expectations ofthem were just too high. My overall learning is that the online ordering system could use some improvement, and dining in is abetter option. Read more

Love Bob's! They goofed on a call-in/pick up order (I forgot to verify the bag's contents upon pick-up). Called to tell them... what was missing and they took my name and number down and the next time we ate there the entire meal was free!! It is our #1fish and chips go-to! Read more

Absolutely some of the best service I?ve ever had in my life and the food was delicious! Our server was really polite. She kept... our glasses filled and checked in to ask if we needed anything and got our orders right. I ordered the bacon burger and thebacon was high quality and my burger was cooked perfectly. Fish and chips were delicious as was the BLT. Excellent diningexperience. Restaurant was clean excellent atmosphere. Recommend! ???? Read more
