Bought a Asada burrito, it?s pretty big in size but it doesn?t have much flavor a lot of the meat was fat. I?ve gone back 3... times thinking maybe it was just a bad day. But I keep getting let down. Fantastic food and service! We pre-ordered street tacos and burritos for a large group. Casa Rosita prepared it perfectly. Food... was ready right on time. It was fresh and all we did was transfer it to platters. Prom group loved it and came back later to eatleftovers. Super impressed! Read more
1st time here and my wife and thoroughly enjoyed. She got Casa Rosita Bowl w/adobada and I got 2 tacos.
Got takeout here on a chilly day and it was excellent! The biria tacos are well worth the try and as per local family these are... the best in town! The meat is perfectly seasoned and the broth is an excellent addition for dipping. Devoured it all and hopingto make a return trip any time in the area! Read more
I can't believe I forgot to review you guys. I feel guilty ???? Welp, better late than never! First off, their consome is... unique. I can taste that tomato in there and a special seasoning. Since I know how Stacks does theirs I wanted to see how theseguys changed it. I prefer Casa Rosita's because they don't have a lot of grease on their consome. Second, their Birria Tacosare *hard swallow*... better. Yes, it's hard for me to say it but here's the thing. They don't overdo it. They keep the taconice and simple and they know how to balance their ingredients, most importantly the cheese. I've gotten too much cheese atStacks to the point were I could choke no matter how much I chew. Third, their torta de asada was fire. Fat torta with a decentamount of meat. It's not that special. It was delicious. Fourth, pricing is a little high but that's just the way it isanywhere I guess. No stars deducted though. Service was awesome, location is perfect especially at night I love how quiet itis. It is a real good location and I absolutely love the fact that the have a huge parking lot. Would come back for the birria tacos because they had tender beef, gooey cheese, and 2 would have been enough for me. I couldnt... finish the third one I ordered. The torta ahogada did have unique flavors, it came with carnitas and many interesting toppings.The burrito was huge, but had huge hunks of lettuce, would have been better shredded. A lot of red onions, rice, and beans. Mykid forgot to order no onions. That is on us. The chicken taco came on a good sized tortilla & the meat had a good flavor. Itried the habanero salsa, needs a shake, as the spicy pieces fall to the bottom. It needs a little more kick or flavor like limeor salt.? They had the cutest little seating area next to a nursery, by Goodwill on Columbia Center. I will say they were superfriendly & welcoming. They are not fast food, but they give you a beeper to keep with you to notify you when your order isready. The packaging was superb & nicely done. Perfect for transporting. Cute little food truck! Great food! We went at 3pm on a Thursday and no one else was there. Extremely fast service. Prices are more than most other taco... trucks, but these were also some of the best tacos I?ve ever had. I will definitely be going here again! Read more
