Very very disappointed!! We took our son for his birthday. He wanted as a gift to give chuck E cheese a hug. We drove 2 hour's... for him to have his birthday wish. After being there for about an hour we still hadn't seen chuck E. So i went and asked whenwill he be out. The lady at the counter told me that there was no chuckE. I had to go tell my son on his birthday that chuck Ewas on vacation and wasn't going to be there. My heart broke as my 4 year old started to cry. How can you do this to littlekids? I say false advertisement. Maybe its your way of making more money cause i had to spend more to makeup for him not comingout. Very disappointing!!! Read more
Stopped on our way through town to stretch our legs and have some fun. Our family loves arcades, so we were excited and prepared... to spend a lot of time and money. What was disappointing was having half (not an exaggeration) of the games not working. I don'tknow if this is a corporate issue, but it made for a less than stellar experience. :( Read more
I feel like the arcade leaves a lot to be desired. Variety and quality are both not great. And the atmosphere could be a lot... better. Sadly there are few alternatives in the Tri-Cities. Don't get me wrong, it's still fun, but it wears out it's welcomepretty quickly. Read more
Took the kiddos here for some fun. There was an area to dance and chuck E even came out to dance with them. We went early so it... wasn't to busy. The pizza was actually pretty good. For around 25$ the kids got a whole hour to play games, which was about 30games or so. Feel like its cheaper then just putting money on a card that they blow through much faster. The only problem we hadis that they originally got our pizza order wrong and we had to wait longer for them to remake it. Read more
Took my kids there for my son's 4 the birthday. Service was good. Very accommodating. Pizza was excellent. Chuck-e-cheese was... excellent with the kids and adults alike. He even gave my mother in law Rabbit ears in there picture. I thought that washilarious. Tons of fun games for ALOT of big children and their kids too. Lol. Clean bathrooms. I was very impressed. My son wanted to celebrate his birthday here this year. The price for 9 kids with unlimited play for 2 hours plus a few pizzas... and unlimited drink refills. Our hostess Aleena- - - (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) did an amazing job with a aboveand beyond pleasant attitude. It was inexpensive,easy, fun! Very busy place. The games just don't give out very many tickets. It was absolute chaos. Not very clean. Bathroom where... gross. Really was a overwhelming experience. The staff was friendly and looked over worked. Read more
Only giving a star becuz it won't let me give none, most games were out of order and the staff on tonight at the ticket counter... were very rude and need to learn some customer service. Even after reading the reviews we still gave the place a chance to takeour kids to have some fun and now we see why the reviews are so bad. We will not be returning. Place is also disgusting can tellthey don't know how to clean the arcade area or the bathrooms. Read more
