Good location for a drive through, barristas are always friendly, make good drinks to my liking, and speedy service even if they... are extra busy. I really like that they come outside to take my order, saves precious time. Always love the the interestingconversations. Sadly the prices have increased with inflation and out side promoters! fkn insane flavor profile on the energy drinks, crazy sweet and kind of feels like your mouth is being attacked. take that as... you will, be prepared not to drink these all at once. i haven't tried many different items & the ones i have have been a bitunderwhelming compared to how often i see coworkers ordering here. if you find something you like im sure its impossible to getoff of it, but good luck getting through everything thats too sugary to swallow! The crew is great, not a fan of the coffee, but I like the black iced tea (2 vanilla 4 orange) it's the bomb.
Worst experience I've had at Dutch Bros. Ordered a hot Americano and by the time it was cool enough to drink there was no coffee... smell and it didn't taste like Americano coffee I've had from Dutch Bros many times before. Went back and told them about it andthey said they would remake it. I was surprised by how quick they handed me the remade Americano. After it was cool enough todrink it was just like the first Americano. We won't be going back to Dutch Bros on Clearwater Ave. in Kennewick anytime soon. Read more
Always a great experience, and its the only place I go for coffee. The staff is fantastic. They give you a free drink on your... birthday. The picture below is from my birthday on 10/9/21.
