You can't really go wrong here. You pick all the ingredients and sauces that go into your dish. Then they cook it on a big... circle with additional sauces and re-bowl your food for there or to go. While I'm normally impressed with this restaurant, I was disappointed by the food today. I kept picking large pieces of large... char out of my food, and it just overall had a burnt taste despite it only being on the grill for a minute. I hope this doesn'thappen again in the future. Read more

Always good coming here too dine in or take out! You choose the ingredients for your meal and they cook it for you, even has... suggested sauces too use. Highly recommend too try this place at least once, you might get hooked like I did. **Update** Ishould of added more of choosing what you want its like a buffet style choosing so what you eat is what you choose. Standard Mongolian, we got ours behind a few people and it picked up a bit of a burned flavor which was unfortunate. Other than... that the noodles were slightly undercooked however it still hit the spot. Will keep going back as it can be hit or missoccasionally. Read more

While visiting my son in Tri-Cities, we went to Hongs for lunch. I really liked the selection and what I got. I realized that... since you select your own fixings that you can eat as healthy as you want. I was easily able to get a lot of fresh vegetables,lean meats, and keep my carbs to a minimum. Read more
