You know I would have maybe gave you more than one star if I didn't receive very spicy chicken on my salad. Very overcooked... spicy chicken that was hardly able to eat. There's no excuse for this. So I was the night shift manager here before worked inder Jose and then mireya.and I know for a fact the system doesn't start... updating until 5am. I've been here twice now at 3&4am and they lie and say the system is updating. I know it doesn't take threehours to update. Really need to find a team that can handle taking orders and do the deep cleaning like you guys hadmyself(while pregnant) and the cook do. Absolute horrible customer service. Person working the front was obviously high. Order a double bacon cheesy jack meal. After... explaining 5 times what I wanted I finally pay. Get my drink cup. When the order is up there are no fries. As for them and hetells me he had to charge me because I didn't get the meal. Try to explain. But it was pointless. Just a blank stare. I didn't get asked for here or Togo. There was one guy cleaning everything outside. Music in guest area was plenty loud. But the... music from the kitchen was louder.
