Went in to order, no one else there stood there for a bit and watched the staff stand around before someone slowly walked up to... help me. I asked questions about the menu she couldn?t answer or just chose not to. ( about the sides) Spent a good amount ofmoney on a 16 piece meal and drove out to my son?s house. So I placed a online order and went through the drive through. I was told that for all online orders you had to come in which is... cool I understand. My issue is was getting yelled at by the lady in the drive though about it. The way it was communicated wasoverly aggressive and that?s not a exaggeration. There?s polite ways to communicate that policy without yelling at the person.This happened 7/20/22 at 1:40 pm. Rude as HECK!! I would use other words but I am keeping it clean. Every single time I go through the drive thru, I treated very... poorly, also, if you ask for anything, they act like you are putting them out. Even the food lately has suffered. Order is always wrong. People are always rude. Food comes out disgusting most of the time. Given this place way more chances... than it deserves and always a disappointment. Went to the drive through ordered 3 items and 3 drinks. The prices marked on the menu out side said one thing and the receipt... says way more. Example: the regular size root beer float says $2.49 on the menu the receipt says $4.99. Just be careful whenordering bring a lot of extra money. They are the only business that does not aner their advertised prices. There menu at thedrive through is false advertising/marketing. It is really against the law.
