I'm sorry to say, this KFC really needs some help. The main issue remains, not friendly or courteous customer service. And the... last 2 chicken sandwiches that I've had have been so crunchy I couldn't eat them. I'm really bummed because KFC has always beenone of my top favorites. Now with Popeyes in town and so much nicer service idk... :( Read more

I have been here multiple and they have forgotten items almost every time. You literally have to ask for a receipt and they act... like it's sacrilegious to ask for one. No bottled water No online order via taco bell app No Cinnabon iced coffee No black beanitems that the others carry VERY LIMITED MENU AND THEY TREAT YOU POORLY!! Read more
This KFC is the worst in the Tri-Cities. I ordered a 4 piece combo and every part of it was disgusting. The fries were cold,... old, and tasteless. The chicken felt like it was left out overnight and poorly reheated in the microwave. If you want foodpoisoning and an excuse to miss work the next day this is the place for you. Otherwise, I advice to stay away from this KFC. Read more
I love the Taco Bell and KFC mix at one location! The have Skittle flavored slushies and so much to chose from on both menu's!... The customer service is excellent and so is the food! Very clean and great atmosphere! Read more
