For as busy as this place is, they are slow. Sometimes they have more then one person working the drive through speaker, but... most of the time, even on the REALLY busy times of day, it is only 1 person. Unfortunately, this restaurant seems to be run like many of the restaurants here. We got stuck in the drive-thru, which is the... double lane deal, and they didn't tell us until we were stuck in a double Lanes at the speaker that they were only taking cash.No escape. I felt victimized. Read more

9:10pm went through drive through and did a mobile order to make it easy for the transaction as I pull in to get my food I got... all my food I noticed they didn?t put any barbecue sauce in my bag?.. not big deal I?m still here drive around and told themwhat had happen told to go to 2 window manager asked how many I order told her then her professionalism went out the window whenshe said are you sure you paid because people Say they pay and they don?t and she asked for my recipe witch I didn?t get one isaid I don?t have one didn?t get one I told her to pull the order she said I?ll just give it to you and as I drive away managergave me glare like if I just lied. Expensive! Tables dirty. One of two self service machines out of order. The one that work is in use can not print receipts. ... I asked the shift manager how she knows what I ordered and paid for. Since I was as the only customer in sight she said,Because, "I see an order and I handed you a cup." They were processing four job applicants at the time. All the lobby tableswere dirty. No paper trash, just grease, soda spills and spots and globs. Yecch. My order came on a bare plastic tray withouta paper liner. The French fry's were tilted on a napkin. Read more
