Went through drive thru; not fast food time. Only come to McD?s for convenience; need to get thru faster. Waited over 29 minutes
The drinks were good but we ordered 3 drinks through the drive thru and weren?t given any straws. We asked for 3 straws. We were... given 2. I went inside to use the restroom and both dispensers were completely out of soap. I grabbed the third straw and told aman who had red hair wearing a black jacket and a dirty look on his face about the lack of soap in the bathroom and he said?have a nice rest of your day ma?am? no ?thanks for letting us know? or any actual acknowledgment of my words or clarity thatthe problem would be fixed just a dirty look and robotics. Manager on duty 10/1 10:30pm believe Esmeralda Poor customer service parked me on side said she waiting for fry will understood... then waited For while. Got off my car they let me in to speak to Esmeralda then she said she waiting for nuggets so I wasconfused why she said she was waiting. Fry?s. Work regal for long time I get I understand rude responds from customers but herattitude was like it is what is I do t care then happen to slide the food on the counter like whatever attitude.
