The 100% accuracy guarantee means very little when they refuse to acknowledge they did anything wrong. I placed an online... catering order for pickup, requesting the specific quantity of bowls needed. When I called to report bowls were missing, themanager simply said they were listed on the order maybe there was some issue with online ordering. We had 4 in our party and even though they said the weight was gonna be 15 to 20 minutes 20 minutes it was far shorter! Great place to get consistent quality. Olive Garden food quality is the same no matter which town you may be traveling through... on business. I love Olive Garden so much! I regularly come here for lunch, dinner, well actually sometimes even a random hour in an afternoon... :). Ravioli, alfredo, pizzas, salmon everything is very delicious. Desserts are quite tasty too. My favorite is Tiramisu- bestTiramisu in Tri-Cities. I very strongly recommend Olive Garden. Read more
