Advertises to be open at 9.30am. We have waited till 9.45am. They are still closed. There were about 6 people trying to knock... the door in 20 mins we were these. No single workers inside behind the glass care. Not sure how good is good at that location,but they are definitely are not welcome early birds. Read more
Went for late dinner and we were disappointed they gave us old bad general chicken we pull back on drive thru and gave it back.... The manager made it up by giving us a gift card for next time, so I?ll give 3 stars for that, they need to keep up with the foodquality. Read more
I have visited this Panda twice. First time was great second time they stated they closed at ten. I showed up around 945. I... understand how frustrating it is when someone shows up just before close or at closing however you are technically not closed.This has been the excruciatingly frustrating mentality the last several years in our attempt to recover from COVID as a country.What passes for customer service these days is laughable! I worked at in n out for several years in high school and never had anissue with customers showing up as we were closing. They helped pay my pay check! Read more
I only go here about every three or four months, but I doubt I'll return now. With the increase in price (once again) and the... fact that they switched to a smaller to-go container several months ago with less food in it, on this visit the quality of foodwasn't very good (chow mein did NOT taste fresh at all) and food was greasy (the item I ordered wasn't even fried, it was theTeriyaki Chicken) and they had run out of the sauce packets, too. I ordered a big plate of steak and shrimp they gave me sesame chicken and the steak and shrimp on the side I don't know how you... mess something that simple up. Also my girlfriend just wanted chow min and they gave her half fried rice. Would be one star ifit didn't taste good. Read more
The workers is so rude. I walked up to the counter and waited there, being ignored for 10 minutes, all 4 workers were filling... orders for drive-thru and then accepting next drive-thru orders again. The food were refilled slowly, so workers should strictlyfollow First-Come-First-In rule, I can see the entrees I wanted was emptying and given to drive-thru orders even I was standingin front of counter. I asked the next available worker to help with my order and then Makayla (she feels like herself is a bigboss, telling others she can handle me) came to me and told me I have to wait for refilling. I asked about why they servedrive-thru customer first even there were a line of more than 5 customers waiting in the store? No answer or apology oranything, rudely interrupted my questions and repeated "YOU WANT TO WAIT OR ANOTHER ONE??" every time when I want to saysomething.
