Love panda but hate this specific location. Not a lot of brain power operating there. And they?re always just sitting there with... no food and you ask them for it and they say it?s going to be ten minutes like you know they just don?t want to work. These guys are rude and don't know what they are doing. Made me wait 10 minutes and still didn't get the order right. Came back... inside and they supposedly fixed it but it was stoll messed up. The Columbia Center Mall Panda Express is great. We purchase there often. The service is very quick. Not overly friendly or... talkative but they are very busy Panda Express food is great nationwide. I have honestly never had a bad experience at Panda Express at any of their locations and as a retail/customer service/food... worker I extend my patience always and am always kind but this location has by far the worst attitude, taste, and just overallservice. Out of 5 staff members only 1 was prepared for this job and it wasn't the manager. When the crew needed serious helpthe manager (Elias) was in the back and acted very inconvenienced that he was bringing brought up to the til to assist hisstaff and was wearing airpods on his phone mind you I had asked if he was on break to understand his frustration a bit but hewasn't and the girl helping consistently kept rolling her eyes with attitude. On top of that the food was subpar the chow meinisn't chow mein it's a salad of cabbage and soggy onion the chicken is cold and the rice is hard. I'm sure they were way abovetheir cap time because this location never fails to make me physically sick. Honestly Panda was one of my fave places to eat andthis location has soiled it. Read more
