Quality of Food: 10/10 Food was hot, fresh and tasty,and had very respectable presentation and was accurate in description and... items present. Quality of Staff: 2/10 Staff was nice enough, but it took twenty five minutes to get my order and there wasn'tbut maybe one other order in that 25 minutes. I tipped the guy who I thought was preparing my order really well and then he wentoff shift before my order was finished, and it was just kind of disappointing. I felt like they didn't value the customers andno one was even that friendly. When I first got there I thought that I had maybe sent my order to the wrong store and after hecouldn't find my order in the computer and I mentioned that I was not from the area and had no idea where any other stores werein the area he didn't offer to call any others or help me in any way figure out where my order was and it turned out it wassomething I could easily fix and I figured it out but he could have put in some effort into SOMETHING to help me. Def not gonnabe my go-to Pizza Hut in that area. I appreciate even the tiniest effort at acknowledging that I have a pulse and am a humanamong humans, a skill that I think should be required of people working in customer service. If you don't like working withpeople, don't. You aren't the only one that is miserable about it. Ease of monetary Transaction: 2/10 Tried to pay cash butthere was no till so could only do a card transaction which was fine but like what food service place doesn't have a till upfront? Thinnest pizza I've ever had the displeasure of purchasinig. A sprinkle of cheese and meat on a see through crust. Cheese sticks... were burnt. There are too many other good pizza places around to spend your money here. I spent over $40 for food that wasn'tworth $5 in my opinion. Read more
I'm giving 2 stars because the customer service was really bad but my fiancé loves the food. I walked in and there was a kid... standing in line. When he saw me, he backed up and let me go. I thought he had already been helped because their was a guy onthe other side of the counter. When I got up there the guy by the cash register looked like he was taking selfies and didn'teven acknowledge me. After he was done, he just walked away without saying anything. A few seconds later he passes by meagain and still acted like I wasn't even there. He went and got a drink and then walked off. Another guy walked passed notsaying anything. Finally the poor guy cooking and cutting the pizza came over and helped the kid and me. Read more
