I was not a customer here the other day, rather I was called to go fix a piece of equipment. However, I did have a cuppa while I... was there and the staff were all helpful and kind. Especially the young lady who volunteered to stay late after closing so Icould finish up that night instead of having to return the following day. This demonstrated to me that the employees at thisparticular location actually care about people. That attitude bleeds over into work, life, pretty much everything. I wish therewere more people in retail/service industries like her. Kudos! Read more

50¢ for blending that is really just massive chipped chunks of ice. Paid for blending and got it half blended. Starbucks is... scammin. Read more

I?ve always loved this Starbucks ever since I moved to tri-cities and worked nearby but today I stopped by and asked for a tall... water with strawberries inclusions for my parrot (and let them know it was for my parrot not for me so they don?t think I?mtaking advantage of having extra strawberry inclusions for a cheaper price) and usually I?m charged 87 cents at every locationI?ve been to but they told me they would have to charge it as a ?iced tea? for $3.50 and I was like hey maybe they?re having astrawberry shortage? and so I said sure, I kid you not the whole cup was water and only a couple of inclusions, I?m reallydissapointed because I was hoping for more inclusions since I was paying more then usual and also because my parrot loves herchewy berries,I will be going to the 698 Gage BLVD location instead in Richland. What happened to acknowledging a waiting customer? I?ve worked in customer service for years, so I understand how busy it can... get, but you still need to make eye contact and assure the customers that you know they?re there. I waited patiently, therewere five employees working, not one looked at me as I just stood there waiting. I stayed quiet and just took my businesselsewhere. Read more

This location USED TO be the BEST! Best drinks, best service! Now, it?s terrible. I have received the wrong drink twice just... this week alone. Their lobby is closed, so to get it corrected you have to wait in line for another 10 minutes, which, who hasthat time? They aren?t nearly as friendly as they used to be, no one talks to you at the window other than just for payment andeven then they barely acknowledge you. Hopefully they can get it back to how it used to operate, because I?m tired of wasting mytime and money on incorrect drinks. Read more
