Out of cream cheese at 8:00 am on a Saturday. Waited 8 minutes for DRIP COFFEE. Toasted bagel came out cold.
Staff are friendly and polite, service is good.
Update: Since my first impressions, I have been here many times. I like this Starbucks location very much now. Staff is so... lovely! Coffees are kind of average though :( I definitely recommend you give this location a try! As for me, I am going todefinitely continue to go back. I am very much looking forward it! Monday February 7th at 3:17pm febrero 7 my sister and I went to the mall with our daughters I was craving a caramel Frappuccino... so I stopped to Starbucks inside the mall and asked for a caramel Frappuccino and I got a mocha Frappuccino instead, so I askedif I could have the caramel one since I didn?t ordered the mocha and they said yes. Once the lady (barista wearing burgundysweater ) was done with it she literally threw it at me sliding it over to me from her side to mine not even making eye contactlike saying ?there it is ? very rude and that?s not the customer service I have ever got from any Starbucks locations. So Iasked her what her name was and she responded why! I said can I have your name please and she responded why? So you can reportme to my supervisor. At that point I knew she knew what she did. And I said yes so I can report you and she started laughing.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Then I asked for napkins because my drink had caramel all over the cup and she didn?t even turn, therewas a gentleman who handed to me the napkins. Not nice to go get a drink to have a great day! I was there on Thursday, the service was terrible- I watched them get 3 orders out before mine when I had ordered first. After... that he made my drink wrong and asked if I wanted it to be remade ?????????????? then the drink was not that good and it'ssomething I order regularly. Read more

Came to the mall and needed coffee but the girls working here looked like they all had a problem as soon as my husband and I... walked up. They completed all 4 orders that were behind us in line before they started our drinks. Starbucks is over priced for ok coffee. I really don't like how negative stories keep coming up around this business. It makes... me feel like I could be next. So, I'll save them the trouble. Hence, no more of my "Bucks" for Star"Bucks". Read more
