Woman was rude and made me feel rushed. She rolled her eyes when i asked for more pepper's then dropped 2 more on and said... anything else snappish at me. After i asked for more mayo she quickly wrapped the sandwich before i was finished and pretendednot to hear me when i said i wasn't done. She spoke down to the other employee when the other employee tried to point out i saidi wasn't done she said the girl is done go get the peppers done. Woman's name is Krystal. Read more

Even though our server was alone, she did her best to serve us as fast as she could. Management needs to commend her for her... hard work. Served at 1:50 pm 8/27. Read more

Worst customer service. Told me she needed to ask her manager, if I could add spinach, onions, and tomatoes to my sandwich, wth?... Became very offensive and rude and went off on saying she has right to refuse me service just because I kindly asked her why sheneeded to get her boss to see if I can add toppings to my sub. Then wanted to charge me $11.00 just for a half inch basic sub. Ido not recommend this place. Go to the other subway across the highway. Better prices and way better service. Read more

The woman with the tattoo on her neck working today 6/7/21 at approx 2:50pm was extremely rude! Whoever owns this location needs... to check this employee if you don't want people to start leaving just 1-star reviews. She doesn't greet you, just starts with"what do you want". Then she over-toasted my sub, blaming it on the oven when she just wasn't paying attention. The customerbehind me was bilingual which irritated the cashier as she repeatedly sighed loudly and rolled her eyes as the woman tried tocommunicate. Throws your sandwich in a bag then practically throws your change at you. When 2 other women came in she againrolled her eyes at the thought of having to dish out more of her "excellent" customer service. Read more

So my fiance went in here right? There were these 2 Karen's mistreating this really nice employee that really pushed my buttons!... Over all 10/10 customer service for both, the Karen's and me and my partner. I hope to return soon. ???? Thank you to all youfast food workers for keeping your cool with horrible customers! Worst subway experience I have ever had. Had to wait 10 minutes in line ( and I was the only person in line) then it took the... lady 10 minutes just to make my sandwich. She moved super slow, and decided to help another person while helping me. I was justtrying to grab food before work, and now I regret it. Will not be returning to this location. Read more

I really get disappointed when a chain does not participate in in promotions. We came in here and they do not participate in... any promotions . Also to only have 1 bread available at 5:12 pm is unacceptable. I and my family and neighbors will not orderfrom a certain pizza hut location just because of the same reason as above. Talk about poor poor customer service. We will notever frequent this establishment and will post on social media and spread to family and friends. Read more
