There?s something shady going on at this Taco Bell. Funny how no one gets a receipt from them. I don?t even think they are... ringing up orders. Makes sense why they charged me $6.40 for a cheesy Gordita crunch substitute black beans. I went back becausethey gave me refried beans, and the employees were very rude and unprofessional. They couldn?t give me a receipt for my originalorder, and would only refund me under $5. Still have no idea why they charged me $6.40. Oh, it gets better, as I get to thewindow he goes to hand me a Baja freeze or whatever and I tell him that?s not mine and no way is my order $16 whatever because Ionly ordered 1 taco. He said oh she added it to the previous order, meaning that the car before me paid for my food, and then Ihad to pay for it, and it wasn?t even what I ordered. Jose, you are terrible at customer service and no worries, I won?t beback. Which sucks because Taco Bell is awesome when you have decent employees that actually do their job. Another fun fact: Iworked at Taco Bell for a couple years in Pasco, another fun fact, people there would keep the customer?s money and not ring upthe orders, but they would just make the food, and a kid got fired for saving debit card numbers and he would charge the samedebit card twice and take the money from the register. Came to the restaurant wanting Taco Bell and was told all Taco Bell products were not available. Decided i would KFC a try and... ordered a 5 Piece Tender basket and got 4 Tenders then ordered coleslaw for my second side and got Mashed Potatoes. Ask for no onions extra red sauce on our burritos and got no onions no red sauce and when I went back they would not replace the... one that had a bite out of it they only replace the one I ordered four of them they were all wrong and when I went back to getreplacement they were rude to me told me he wasn?t going to replace anything that I had bites out of it I?m calling corporatethey extremely rude And they didn?t give me a receipt Read more
Can't order inside for dine-in or take-out, and can't even order on the app for mobile pickup. Only option is drive thru. They... were out of like three kinds of soda, and don't have the normal ones that Taco Bell usually has. The drink I did get wasliterally 75% ice. Didn't even put napkins in the bag or hot sauce, even though they specifically asked me what kind I wanted.At least the food wasn't cold... Read more
Great late night snack and really the best tof both worlds fast food wise.
Visited on a Friday afternoon, I was honestly impressed by how much they?ve improved. Looks like they recently remodeled so the... building looks fresh. For some reason they don?t deliver with door dash so my orders always come way over from south ridge. Theyfinally got the grilled cheese burrito right ????. I usually unwrap it to find all the cheese stuck on the paper so this wasoddly satisfying. Got plenty of sauce, service was fast and the employee was polite. I hope the quality stays at the average anddoesn?t drop back to how it was earlier in the year. Read more
