The restaurant itself is fine. The salad I got tho was atrocious. I?m sure if I asked the workers to take a bite they wouldn?t.... If it were a 3-4$ salad then fine it?s whatever. I literally paid between 8$-9$ for this sorry excuse of a meal. Chicken lookedokay but was not! I felt deceived. Strawberry?s, smelled nasty and were slimy! I hate to be this person because I work in fast food, but I?ve never been more disappointed in an experience like I was... tonight.(and I eat out everyday)After ordering and paying I pulled to the second window to see the young cashier bracing himselfand see my sandwich was being thrown to him? and the guy who made it I assume and threw it I heard say nice catch to which thecashier told him nice throw. The disrespect for my food I payed good money for and the disrespect to me that I could see thathappening was unbelievable. I should have asked for a refund and left but I was shocked to even say anything to them. the cherryon top was coming home to find my sandwich didn?t have the cheese or bacon on it )which is the best part let?s be real) assomeone who works with food I could never tolerate that kind of behavior. DELICIOUS! We ordered the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger Combo and the Dave's Combo, plus one Wendy's kids meal. The fries are very... good and the burgers taste fresh the bourbon burger has crispy onions and that bourbon sauce was Devine. Customer service 5stars and food 5 stars. We Ordered to go. 2 pm on Nov 4 we waited for 15 min for cashier with no one in front of us. The cashier was working his tail off preparing orders... for mobile orders and trays for dine in. Meanwhile the manager was up front just chatting with coworkers, not a care in theworld that her other employee was struggling to keep up with the busy time. Took another 10 minutes to get our 2 frosty?s. Worstmanagement ever. Full kitchen and still struggling to maintain fast food service. Read more
