Over-priced and not tasty at all. I got the weekly specials; bacon cheese and a bacon double cheese plus a large soda. $17 for... burger patties smaller than McDs that were burnt; bacon was burnt as well. The large soda for almost $4? couldn?t have beenlarger than 12-16 oz. Never again. I will drive to Richland locations from now on. They hired new employees recently and they are so good! Friendly and attentive. Keep up the great job! The food is consistently... good, I love their sauce. A bit too expensive for fast food though, but at least it get me satisfied every time. Read more
I am born & raised tri city girl and have been eating at the Cable Bridge Zips for 30+ years. Tonight may have been the last... time. I can NOT believe the price we paid for dinner. We always order the same thing and our total is $26 dollars. So imagine mySHOCK when I ordered *Chicken & fries *Bacon Double cheeseburger x 2 *2 medium drinks (which are small) And my total was$42.39!!!!!!! I can pay $40 for dinner at a sit down, waitress style joint and get more bang for my buck. Sad to haveexperienced this price gouge at my favorite spot. But it's just way out of line. Read more
Overpriced for the quality. Attention to detail lacks. Zero smiles or customer service. Everyone hates their job. The amount of... jalapeno gems I got for 5 dollars is sad. Basically paying 1 dollar a gem. And they almost always forget my extra sauce i getcharged for. There is one girl who works there that is never in a good mood and not very pleasant to deal with. I don't evenwanna make eye contact with her. As if her making change was just such an inconvenience. Me ordering was an inconvenience. Thislocation keeps going down hill. I sent my boyfriend there to get my single fish & chips well done, the same thing I have been getting literally since I was a... kid, we only live about 8 minutes away from the restaurant, the food got done quick & he came back home and this is what my foodlooked like, nothing was well done & my fish was falling apart and dripping with either oil or fish juice . I called andexplained to them what happened & that I?m pregnant and I can?t eat the fish like that, the guy offered to fix the food in avery unapologetic and rude tone and never apologized for it at all, like I said before I have been coming to this zips for avery long time and this will be my last time .
