Excellent experience. All the staff we encountered were very polite, friendly and efficient. Steak Sandwich and Onion Soup were... both excellent. Fish tacos were great as well. Would have been nice to sit near the front windows so we could overlook the lake(the only real negative on our visit, and not really their fault as the front was already fairly busy). Read more

Had the Buffalo chicken wrap with home cut fries. The wrap was good but the fries weren't crispy. We were a group of 6 so the... fries may have sat for a while and that could have been why they were a bit soggy. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt anda 4. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service skills today...from the manager himself. Waited to be seated for an extended period of... time, when i was finally able to get his attention he came over yelling at us that we had to be patient, that there were only acouple people working today. When i told him i understood that but after all staff had walked by and looked right at us with nohello or comment of being with us in a minute..hr started yelling that we had only been there a minute and we could leave. Unfortunately this is the worst meal I have ever had in a restaurant and made a pretty lousy Thanksgiving. Ordered a nearly $20... stir fry, received what looked like boiled veggies in an absolute soup of the sweetest sauce that tasted like candy. Couldn'tfinish and left it to be collected by a server.
