Was just in the drivethru and the girl on the speaker was immediately so abrasive. I could barely even get my order in, let... alone even mention I had a code for points. I mentioned it to a different girl at the window, and she had to get the girl whotook my order to put in the code. Again, immediately so aggressive and scolded me for not giving the code to begin with. So whenshe yelled at me asking me for my code, I aggressively yelled right back at her with my code. I asked the other girl what hername was. Apparently it is Jenn. I am not from this small city, but I know a thing or two about customer service. I?ve worked inthe industry for over 10 years. So hey Jenn, you are working midnights at a Kenora Mcdonalds. Time to take a good look at yourcareer path, and calm down sis?then perhaps get a regular 9-5. This McDonald's keeps getting worse everytime I come here. From slow to non existent service, to poor food quality and... presentation, the least they could do is handle your food with care. But don't even expect that anytime soon. Read more
I was passing through in the early am I just had finish getting fuel for my truck and was in need of a coffee badly as I've been... traveling from Calgary back to Toronto, I seen this mc donalds and was overwhelmed with joy to see them open. I realized thelobby was closed which that happens I understand I went to drive thru because my truck was a 5 ton truck can't fit.l and Iwaited until the Cars in the drive thru left The girl who has pink hair was exceptionally rude, flat out told me lobby is closeopens in 20 mins and I'm not taking walk ups I explained to her but I have a truck I can't fit she said well than your going tohave to wait....I specifically remember ford saying for truckers to serve them at the window and to let them use your washroomsthis mc donalds I felt humiliated trying to purchase a coffee from them seening how this was the treatment you get. Drive-thru was smooth, cashier very clear and easily understood over the speaker. Unfortunately, my double Big Mac was falling... apart after the first bite due to over Mac-saucing causing the bun to fall apart. Read more
When you go through DT you take a chance at being parked, I get that. But you should have all hot food. Not cool fries. Lot's of... parking being done at 5:50pm. Should not be parking unless special orders. Read more
No one was helping anyone at the counter, 1/4 kiosk were in working order, the bathroom was absolutley disguisting, flies... EVERYWHERE, and when people were finally able to order, the staff were rude, and condescending. I know it's just a mcdonalds, solike....really what do you expect? But come on! Read more
I'm in town for work. I must say I am very impressed this Kenora location. I was here last week and the sausage McMuffins were... phenomenal. I returned this week and ordered chicken McGriddles but I was given the wrong item. I returned a little while laterand they gladly replaced my breakfast. They even remembered me but I had already left when they realized their mistake. 5 starsfor the Kenora McDonald's. I may stop in again before I leave at the end of the week.
